The e-vignette is tied to a specific licence plate. If you change to a different vehicle with a different plate, the e-vignette cannot be transferred. In that case, you must buy a new vignette for the new plate.
If the licence plate stays the same, the e-vignette remains valid because it’s linked to the plate. This is not considered a transfer, it’s still the same registered plate.
